Array care is a family owned organization who value holistic approach to life and strongly believe in community and its connections. Combined qualifications and experience of the governing body include NDIS compliance and obligations, Post graduate and Masters degree, Phd, nutrition, Early Childhood education, Early intervention, coordination of family day care and NDIS services, compliance and quality, and assessment and rating, Training & assessment, Consultancy, Bachelor of Arts (Honours), Protecting Children – Mandatory reporting and other Obligations Module, Adult Education and Training, Childrens Services, Individual Support, Community work, MBA and Agents Representative Program Certificate (Real Estate).

Vision and statement of intent/Charter/philosophy

Array Care believes in the ecological model of Bronfenbrenner. We strongly believe in person centered capabilities, potential, opportunities, arrangements, inclusion, community, respect, independence, power and control. Array care strongly believes in an ongoing inter professional attitude with very strong ethics and socially inclusive practices.

We aim to work towards using networks around participants to, work in their natural environments and integrated settings to maximise on thier independence and being an active member of the community. We believe in working and bringing positive changes in the participants lives and the wider communities around the individual participant by identifying and minimizing the barriers. We promote opportunities for meaningful participation and active inclusion in society for the participants, their families and their carers.
